Introduction

Casa del Toro respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains what data we collect and why.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number and message, only to answer your enquiry. For reservations we use the De Bestel App reservation widget; the details you enter there (name, contact details, date, time and party size) are processed to confirm your booking.

Retention

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.
