In the heart of Amsterdam, on the lively Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, the idea for Casa del Toro was born. A family with roots in both Argentina and Italy dreamed of creating a place where the flavours and traditions of their cultures could come together. What started as conversations around the kitchen table grew into a restaurant where passion for good food takes centre stage.
